Over the period of this class I covered topics in basic striking learning how to direct power from my lower back and issue it in a whip like motion to my hands, a small circle technique for rotating the arms to increase speed and the different fighting ranges from short to long were explaned. Finally linking methods were introduced to allow these individual techniques to be chained together to created forms with various speed and rhythm.
